Steps
- Heat the grill: Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Brush the cut side of 4 ripe nectarines, halved and pitted with 1 tablespoons olive oil, for brushing.
- Grill the nectarines: Grill the nectarines cut-side down until nicely charred and just softened.
- Assemble the platter: Arrange the grilled nectarines on a platter and tear 2 balls burrata over the top.
- Top and finish: Drizzle everything with 3 tablespoons Orange Blossom Honey, then scatter 0.3 fresh basil leaves, torn, 2 prosciutto slices, torn (optional), and 0.3 cups toasted pistachios, chopped on top.
- Season and serve: Season with 1 flaky salt and 1 black pepper, freshly cracked just before serving.
