Returns
You have 10 calendar days to inform us of a damaged, missing items, or wrong items delivered from the date you received it. Please reach out to info@honeyacres.com with a return claim as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please take pictures of any damage. Images of the box and the broken item will help us with shipping claims and to keep track of damage.
Refunds
Once we receive your email, we will find the root cause of the issue and notify you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement products.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
Shipping
You will not be responsible for paying for any replacement items sent.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
