Steps
- Make the dough: Combine 2.3 cups all-purpose flour, 2.3 teaspoons instant yeast (1 packet), 0.3 cups sugar, and 0.5 teaspoons salt in a large bowl. Add 0.5 cups warm milk, 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, for dough, and 1 large egg, and mix into a soft dough.
- Rise: Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, then cover and let rise in a warm spot until doubled.
- Make the filling: Beat 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened, for filling with 3 tablespoons Wildflower Honey, for filling, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and 3 tablespoons brown sugar until spreadable.
- Fill the dough: Roll the dough into a 9x12-inch rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the surface, leaving a small border.
- Roll and slice: Roll the dough up tightly from the long edge into a log, then slice into 6 even roll-ups.
- Second rise: Arrange the roll-ups cut-side up in a greased baking pan, spaced slightly apart. Cover and let rise again until puffy.
- Bake: Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the roll-ups until golden and cooked through.
- Glaze and serve: Whisk 3 tablespoons Wildflower Honey, for glaze, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon milk, for glaze into a glaze and drizzle over the warm roll-ups before serving.
