Steps
- Boil water: Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot or kettle.
- Steep the tea: Remove from heat, add 6 black tea bags, and steep.
- Sweeten with honey: Remove the tea bags and stir in 0.5 cups Basswood Honey while the tea is still warm, until fully dissolved.
- Add citrus juice: Stir in 0.5 cups fresh orange juice and 0.3 cups fresh lemon juice. Let the tea cool to room temperature.
- Chill: Refrigerate the tea until fully chilled.
- Serve: Fill glasses with 4 cups of ice, pour over the chilled tea, and garnish with 1 orange, sliced, 1 lemon, sliced, and 1 mint sprigs, for garnish (optional).
