Steps
- Heat the oven: Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- Make the honey-mustard glaze: Whisk together 0.3 cups Clover Honey, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoons whole grain mustard, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 lemon, juiced, 1 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoons salt, and 0.5 teaspoons black pepper in a small bowl.
- Glaze the salmon: Place 4 salmon fillets, skin-on skin-side down on the baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze, reserving a little for later.
- Roast: Roast until the salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily.
- Finish and serve: Brush with the reserved glaze and garnish with 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish before serving.
