Steps
- Heat the oven: Heat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment or foil.
- Make the soy-ginger glaze: Whisk 3 tablespoons Clover Honey, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 tablespoons rice vinegar or lime juice, 0.5 teaspoons salt, 0.3 teaspoons black pepper, and 0.3 teaspoons chili flakes (optional) into a glossy glaze.
- Toss the vegetables: Toss 1 pounds broccoli florets, cut small, 1 red bell pepper, sliced, and 1 carrot, thinly sliced with about a third of the glaze and spread them on one side of the sheet pan.
- Glaze the salmon: Place 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each) on the other side of the pan and brush generously with the remaining glaze, reserving a little for later.
- Roast: Roast until the salmon flakes easily and the vegetables are tender and lightly charred at the edges.
- Finish and serve: Brush with the reserved glaze and top with 1 tablespoons sesame seeds and sliced scallion, for garnish before serving.
