Steps
- Heat the oven: Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
- Soften the base: Beat 16 ounces cream cheese, softened and 0.5 cups sour cream together until smooth.
- Add honey and spice: Mix in 0.3 cups Wildflower Honey, 2 tablespoons sriracha, plus more to taste, 1 teaspoons garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoons smoked paprika, and 0.5 teaspoons salt until well combined.
- Fill the dish: Spread the mixture into the baking dish and top with 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake: Bake until bubbling and lightly golden on top.
- Finish and serve: Top with 2 scallions, sliced, for garnish and drizzle with 1 tablespoons Wildflower Honey, for drizzling. Serve warm with 1 tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables, for serving.
