Buckwheat Honey comes from the blossoms of the Buckwheat plant, commonly bloom into the fall season, making them an excellent source of nectar. These white blossoms rich in nectar result in a honey that is both dark in color and flavor. Pungent in flavor with molasses and malty tones, commonly compared to sorghum.
